1. General Terms & Contract Formation: If you are a consumer (i.e., not dealing as a business with us), Lembrança Studios & Suites (“we/us”) sells all rooms and extras to you subject to these terms. A contract is formed between you and Lembrança Studios & Suites when we issue you a booking reference number for your room and any extras (if applicable). No booking shall be binding on us until we issue you a booking reference number or receive 100% payment. Management reserves the right to cancel any booking.
2. Rates, Charges & Payment: All rates are quoted for one night only and are subject to change without prior notice. The rate for each room is as published on our website at the time of your booking, or, for telephone bookings, as advised at the time of booking. Children under 04 years of age sharing a parent's room stay on a complimentary basis. All statutory taxes and levies shall be payable as per government regulations. We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. A 50% advance booking amount is required upon confirmation, with the balance payable at check-in (or, unless otherwise advised, all payments are due in full at the time of booking). For walk-in bookings paying by cash, valid photo identification is required. Smoking in any of our rooms is strictly prohibited; violation may lead to immediate termination of your booking without refund and charges for specialist cleaning and downtime.
3. Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM (1400 hrs) on the scheduled date of arrival, and check-out is before 12:00 PM (or 11:00 AM as noted in some policies). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. All foreign guests must provide a passport with a valid visa at check-in, while domestic guests must provide government-issued photo identification with proof of address (e.g., Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Masked Aadhar Card). Walk-in cash bookings also require valid photo identification.
4. Booking, Room Availability & Cancellation Policies: All rooms are subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to turn down rates on festive or high-occupancy dates without prior intimation. Tentative bookings will be released if not guaranteed, and any specific room blocking or requests are subject to availability and prior intimation. Cancellation is free if made 7 days prior to the arrival date; cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for early check-outs, no-shows, or last-minute amendments. Bookings during long weekends, festivals, or blackout periods (e.g., wedding season, Christmas, New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable. Applicable bank or credit card fees may be deducted from any refunded amounts, and refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.
5. Hotel and Room Policies: Money, jewelry, and other valuables must be kept in your baggage as management is not responsible for any loss. You agree to be personally liable if the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay any charges incurred. To ensure the safety and security of all guests, visitors are not allowed in guest rooms and private parties are not permitted without prior permission. Any damage to hotel property will attract charges, which must be settled before check-out. Prohibited activities, including prostitution, drugs, or any other illegal activities, will not be entertained. If you are sharing a room, your stay is with the mutual consent of all occupants. Children must not be left unattended in any rooms or public areas.
6. Additional Information: For walk-in cash bookings, you must present valid photo identification such as a passport, driver's license, or credit/debit card. Where applicable, bank or credit card charges may be deducted from any refunds.
7. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration & Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the website, or any agreement between you and Lembrança Studios & Suites shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the relevant rules of the Court of Goa. The seat of arbitration shall be Goa, the language of arbitration shall be English, and the governing law shall be that of India. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes lies with the Courts in Goa.
