1. Rates and Charges: All rates are quoted for one night only and are subject to change without prior notice. Children under 04 years of age sharing their parents' room stay on a complimentary basis. All statutory taxes and levies applicable shall be payable as per government regulations.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at additional charge.
3. Payment and Cancellation Policy: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards for payment. A 50% advance booking amount is required upon confirmation, with the balance payable at check-in. Cancellation is free if made 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made less than 7 days from the arrival date are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if guests check out earlier than their scheduled departure date. In the event of a no-show or last-minute amendments, the entire advance booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Room Availability and Booking: All rooms are subject to availability, and the hotel reserves the right to turn down rates on festive or high occupancy dates without prior intimation. Tentative room bookings will be released if not guaranteed. Any specific room blocking / request is subject to availability and prior intimation.
5. General Policies: Payment gateway services are used solely for booking rooms. No specific area can be exclusively blocked without prior intimation to the hotel. Private parties are not permitted without prior permission. Any damages to hotel property items shall be recovered from the guest before check-out.
